pilates is an exercise activity that helps to bring physical harmony and balance to people of all ages and physical conditions. pilates helps one to achieve strength, flexibility and stability; particularly in the abdomen and back.  benefits can include: improved circulation, coordination, posture, balance, and core strenth. many also experience increased lung capacity, improvements in bone density & joint health, and a positive body awareness. 


katherine is certified in traditional authentic pilates®. she has studied pilates since 2000 and is TAP® certified. katherine is offering mat clases basic to advanced and private and duet sessions on all pilates equipment.

pilates mat class schedule

mat classes are $12 per class or purchase a card for 10-consecutive classes for $100. clients must register in advance for specific classes to guarantee their space. all classes are 55 minutes. all classes taught by katherine unless noted otherwise.

all classes have the option of being outdoor overlooking the ocean based on weather and group preference.


monday 5.00 pm: beginner. monday 6.00 pm: women’s intermediate.  tuesday 7.30 am & 9 am: beginner/intermediate.  tuesday 6.30 pm: men’s beginner class with michael gish.  thursday 7.30 am & 9 am: beginner/intermediate.  thursday 6.00 pm: women’s intermediate.  saturday 8.30 am: beginner class with michael gish.
